Webinars
Career Ladders, February 27, 2007
In February, Jobs to Careers hosted the second peer learning meeting via Webinar through Genesys Conferencing. The Baltimore Alliance for Careers in Healthcare (BACH), one of our nine sites awarded a Jobs to Careers grant, presented its Career Ladder project to the group. BACH is changing its internal career paths, training design, and institutional systems to meet the needs of frontline health care workers for greater career advancement opportunities, and it solves an employer challenge of high turnover, job vacancies, and a limited pool of qualified staff.
